We have available several surveys on the site that you can complete at your leisure. These cover subjects such as your last cinema visit, the DVD you bought, any top-up credit you have on your mobile, your opinions on digital services. The subjects are always altering. Back to top

When you become a member there will be full instructions on filling in the surveys. Generally we ask that you select from a list of options and enter some information - there is little difficulty in answering the questions. Back to top

If you have to leave the questionnaire, you can come back and continue completing it later. Your answers will be saved and you will be able to return to the survey at the point you left. Back to top

Not at all. We use only a basic Internet connection and we don't use any programs or files in your computer. We do not have the ability to look at your files and you can be confident about participating in our panel studies. Back to top

No! We are bound by a strict Code of Conduct and always treat any information that you send us as strictly confidential, and under no circumstances will we pass your address or other personal details to anyone else. Back to top

No. We only ever use the information you provide us in a summarised form. As an example, we would report that 60% of women have a mobile phone contract, or 40% of people in the North East bought their latest DVD online. Back to top
