By taking part in the What I Say and Do panel surveys you will be joining thousands of people across Great Britain telling us how they interact with certain products and services, e.g. their mobile phones and how they use them and sharing your opinions on the communication services you receive. There are no real guidelines to follow when answering questions other than answering as accurately as possible. When you become a member there will be full instructions on filling in the surveys on the FAQ page once you are logged in and also by clicking on the hints and tips button within your questionnaire. Generally we ask that you select from a list of options and enter some information - there is little difficulty in answering the questions.

If you have to leave the questionnaire, you can come back and continue completing it later by clicking on the link on your email or logging on to the website. Your answers will be saved and you will be able to return to the survey at the point you left. This will enable you to still have the chance to win in the Prize Draws by completing at a later date.

No, we only ever use the information you provide us in a summarised form. As an example, we would report that 60% of women have a mobile phone contract, or 40% of people in the North East bought their latest DVD online.
